Reduce the stress of having to catch up from falling behind over the months due to a busy schedule and a busy lifestyle. Your monthly subscription entitles you to:
• A 2-hour visit each month where we will address the Monthly Service List for that month, and then spend the remainder of the time on items you select from the Common Services List. (A 2-hour visit covers most homes up to 3000 sq. ft.; larger homes can be negotiated.)
• Don’t need a 2-hour visit? We now have a NEW 1-hour subscription available for those who just need the basics done each month.
• Up to $20 in parts and supplies are included each month with your subscription such as A/C filters, batteries, lubricants, sealants, cleaners, etc.
• Serving Paris, Texas and a 10-mile radius around Paris.
• Additional hours of service can be purchased for added services if desired by the customer.
